Details
Garbage disposals, basement lights, the fan in a bathroom: some switches should only be flipped by an adult. The guard goes over the switch and fastens with the screws already in the plate, so there is no adhesive to peel later.
Openings at the top and bottom leave room for an adult finger to reach in and flip the switch. The clear body lets the plate show through. Pick Toggle for the classic lever switch and Decora for the wide rocker kind.
